I am not like most other business coaches. Not only have I been growing martial arts schools for decades, but I have never done it with an ‘off the shelf program’ or a ‘follow this method & you’ll be rich in a month’ agenda.
We start with who you are, where you are, where you want to go, what your brand stands for, where your integrity lies, what your standards are – then I have to be clever enough to be able to get you there!
This is literally the most satisfying aspect of my job – to take someone’s dream, to not mess with their teaching standards or integrity, then to build strong business foundations & implement processes that let an instructor not only build & grow, but do it in an ethical, sustainable solid way. We also have all the tools to support that along the way, inhouse.
